Even though developers have released multiple updates in the past, none of them seems to have fixed the issue. Though there is no permanent solution available yet to fix such a bug, it looks like the Disney Dreamlight Valley Twitter handle has officially acknowledged ... WebGot to the point in the dialogue where she's giving me that crystal key but my inventory was full so I had to back out of the conversation, go sell/store some stuff to make room. However, now the crystal key is nowhere to be found. If I try to talk to Ursula now I just get a greeting message but that's it.
