The cartridge is comprised of strong proprietary formula rubber bonded to a steel shaft. The bonding process used results in a bond strength exceeding the strength capabilities of the associated steel parts. WebIncludes (2) torsional stub axles with 1 inch straight spindles, castle nuts and cotter pins. Spindle arms are positioned at 45 degrees downward starting angle with 2-1/2 inches of travel. Stub axles do not include flanges for mounting electric or hydraulic brakes. Mounting plate measures 8-5/8 inches x 4-1/2 inches.
